In referance to some face cream.
I called about my Visa account that has been charged with $19.95 two times ($39.90) and the $4.95 for the shipping. I talked to someone on the phone and complained that I was robbed of the $39.90 from my account and she said that they only charged me $4.95. I told her that I was going to the Better Business and tell them what a scam was going on and I felt that the company stole money from my account. The person then said that I was only charged $4.95... I would have to pay to have the product sent back and was given a return code number and pay for it. I inturn wanted the address and phone mumber of the company and looked it up and could not find either. I will be reporting this... The company isnot listed even tho I asked for the address and phone number, I did get a phone number, but it was a long wait and phone was another customer support number. There for I want everyone to know, DO NOT purshace this product.
