I just wanted a cheaper way to contact my boyfriend. I had no idea that I would have to put additional money to be able to contact him. This way my mistake though. But then my boyfriend got a card in jail, so I was able to talk to him then and there was no reason for me to use these services. Therefore, I decided to cancel. It took me a couple days to get in touch with anyone for that. Once I got in touch with them they told me all I needed to do was confirm my credit card info and someone would be back in touch with me within 24 hours. But I had to call them back because 3 days later I had still not heard from them. It's been almost 2 weeks now and they still haven't even confirmed my cancelation! I don't want to be charged 20$ a month for something I'm not going to use! It's very frustrating!!! I would just like to cancel my services, get my refund, and be done with all this!
