Purchased a magic jack and 7 years of service about two years ago. The phone stopped working several months ago. I've reported this too many times to count. I get the same answer " you account is under review and you will receive an email shortly". This is been going on for months. I would just like a refund but you cannot talk to a live person. Only text on the internet. Help!!
