Because of an on-line mess up I was given 4 order accounts on 1/13. I called immediately and was told to return unwanted orders with auth #s and I would be credited. I returned the shipments upon receipt 2 weeks later to Saint George, UT 84790. I was credited for $226 thus far but still have outstanding credits due for $165. I've e-mailed and called several times with no success.
