I ordered a free sample of face cream with the understanding i only paid postage and packaging. Low and behold i had £119.00 taken from my bank account on the 5.3.13. I cant afford this sort of money as we are a family on benefits and bringing up a disabled son. I would like a refund back in my account by the end of the week or im contacting consumer rights.
