Much like everyone else, the service does not work. When I asked for a refund just got ignored, or passed to someone else. Have received a refund, but for less than half of what I paid. I think they enjoy what they do, winding people up, must all be very amusing for them and of course they make money out of it. They operate a number of similar companies.
