Scammed out of $200.00 cash.
Paid in full cash contract price.
Received telephone call advising that due to a clerical error, misapplication of funds I was required to pay additional $200.00 cash to close delivery of product. Charged "storage' fee.
Asked to speak to "supervisor" and was directed to male subject who told me not to be an (Inappropriate Content Removed), (his word) or he would seize the order and place my credit in collections. After heated conversation, and desperate for the shelter for a prized auto, I stupidly gave in. (I had already invested several thousands in the product.)
Customer service? Public relations?
If I could place my hands around the neck of that jerk "supervisor" that called ME the (Inappropriate Content Removed)... Extortion is the word... My advice to the world... DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CREW.
Better Business Bureau review to follow, even though that will solve nada...
