After completing the official USPS address change form on USPS.com; I was asked for my credit card information to pay the $1.00 on-line address change fee.initially, there was a $1.00 hold in my pending transactions. The next day, the $1.00 hold changed to a $19.95 charge that I had not authorized. There is no contact information for CHANGEMYADDRESSCOM available to discuss the matter. I am protesting the charge with my bank. I have also contacted USPS.com Customer Service and have filed a hack complaint.
