I applied for a loan and got approved and they needed a downpayment of $247.00 then my loan would be sent to me. However, once I sent them the down payment they stated that I must obtain a Clean Bill of Record Clearence Certificate which will cost another $480.00. When I brought it to their attention that no fees were to be made per the contract except for the down payment they cut off all communications with me.
