I purchased the trial products from Ketone on the understanding that I could cancel within 14 days. I did this, and was given what they call a RMA number. I sent the package back with more than 50% of the product still in tact. I paid £9.00 to ensure I could trace the package to Ireland (by Airsure) on 28th February. On checking my bank account on the same day they have already taken the money. This is a total scam.
