They charged my account and when they were confronted with the fraud they said I didnt have an account and they did not charge my account yet its stated in my account 3 withdrawals from excelatrim. I live in Canada so I'm thinking they are trying to get away without resolving. My bank is currently working with the fraud department to get my funds returned. I made no purchase, received no product, and now, as a pensioner-can only pay rent but no food or bills. This has got to be brought to justice somehow as I'm sure I'm not alone in this. A class action suit would be nice.
