Says he is in Benin and won a bid on a road construction project of 70 million dollars. Needed money for food as he paid all he could for a lisence award. Then needed more to meet the money for the lisence award. I sent him 50 for food, 150 for meeting money for lisence award, Then sent another 90 as he said he was still short. Altogether it cost me $222.00 counting Western Union fees. Now he says he has a check for 35 million (50% of contract) and needs cash for a plane ticket home because it is too much money for the banks in Benin to cash.
