I see an advertisement last December for bed bugs, I thought I would buy it for when we travel. My husband didn't like the product, so i called and asked to be cancelled when I got a bill for $41.89. It was only supposed to cost $5 to $10. I was told that I would be cancelled. When I checked my account today, I see this charge for $21.98. I called and was told that I must have got hold of the wrong person or company, which I hadn't. I was told that they couldn't give me my money back, but they would send me coupons to use instead.
