Although I cancelled my subscription, they still took £119 from my credit card. My credit card company have stopped the payment, and any further payments they try to take.

Do not get involved with them. They give you a number to ring, then you are transferred abroad, probably at a high cost, or the phone number is 'no longer in use'.
