$29.95 was charged to my Amex card for an unknown purchase by Cleverbridge Koeln. Their website recommended i check my spam file for any emails relating to this 'purchase'. I found an 'offer' of a 'Valentines day' promo for "Tune-Up and Back-up Powerpack" software for the reduced-cost of $29.95. I had not opened this email previously and had therefore clearly not accepted to purchase it. How are these thieves allowed to get away with this shit repeatedly using legitimate companies like AMEX to fulfil the 'transaction'?
