I wanted to have my wife's mom quit smoking. I saw an online ad for e-cigs. I signed up. Nowhere did I see that they would automatically send you another pack for $83.98 each month.in all three packs were sent.inside each package, there was an invoice for $0. I thought they were just sending more samples in hope of getting a customer as each one represents a lot of revenue. Also, on both the e-mails and invoice there is no phone number to contact them. It was not until I saw my credit card statement did I know I was being charged. To contact them, I had to get their number from my credit card company. What they might be doing is technically legal as I was told there was a disclaimer on the online ad stating automatic renewal but I did not see it. I started and run my own medical device company and firmly believe this firm behaves in an unethical manner.
