Thanks to this stupid company they charged me £47.99 to use their services but it didn't tell me until it had already been put through and processed so there was not much I could do, I have gave it a while and still not heard anything back from them, it says in their website if. Would like to cancel/refund write a letter. Which I have just done. I will be taking further action against this loan company if I do not receive my full refund. It also took me overdrawn with my bank account and the was an extra 15 pound charge on top of what they had taken off me!!! Absolutely angry. No one ever go with this company it's an absolute joke and they are a rip off you get no where with them!
