A&AD investments LLC entered into a legal contract with Andrew Lowell (Sierra Group) and he breached the contract for none performance after he agreed verbally to accept the properties offer received back by Freddie, Fannie and other banks. Both parties agreed to close on the properties after accepting the price offer by the bank due within 5 days, however, HE NEVER PERFORMED. He was offered plenty other offers to close and he refused for a simple reason of price difference. The reason for breaching the contract is simply because he wanted to purchase the properties at an UNREALISTIC price of $0.55 per dollar which was never subject in our contract. He wasted our time and his by getting involved in the contract which resulted us into losing creditability with the banks and above entities for his unrealistic assumption. He cost us damages where he could have simply stated in the beginning that he wanted $0.55 on the dollar (which, again doesn't exist and was never discussed) where he could have simply refused the banks offer for the price given, and we wouldn't have to be in this situation now. Buyers like him, with fraudulent requests and papers are a dime a dozen, I didn't know that he will turn out this way. Resulting me into a bad position and a worse situation with the banks.
