Orderd some cream on line and payed by Nat-West credit card on the 7th. Feb. The item arrived in the post a few days later. Last Saturday they removed £119.00 without my knowlage. I am now having trouble obtaining a refund from the card provider, but the action of Healthstore was a total fraud
