I too fell for the free trial offer of this company which did not specify that I would be charged the full price for this product. They have now taken 2 payments of 92.47 and 92.73 sterling from my account on the 22nd February. I see there was a ruling from the ASA on this company in November which upheld all of the complaints about them and they are still NOT specifying that it is NOT a free trial and they do NOT make it clear that you have to return the goods in order not to be charged. How can that be a free trial if you cant try the product!!! They also cannot be contacted by phone. Beware!!!
