Usacomplaints.com (ROR) and Xcentric Ventures, LLC aided and abetted a competitor of mine to post a libelous complaint about my company. The grounds of the complaint are 100% invented by a competitor with the intent to harass, embarrass, and libel the fine name of Endura Staffing, LLC. The individual who filed the complaint did so under a false name and dishonestly identified themselves as a “veteran” due to Endura Staffing’s focus on veteran placements. This act of criminal negligence committed by usacomplaints.com and Xcentric Ventures, LLC is in direct violation of their service agreement which states “You will NOT post on ROR any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, threatening, harassing, racially offensive, or illegal material, or any material that infringes or violates another party's rights (including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, and rights of privacy and publicity). You will use ROR in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations.By posting information on ROR, you warrant and represent that the information is truthful and accurate.” The ultimate loss of revue to Endura Staffing is not yet known but will exceed $500,000 according to current estimates.
