They charged my account $39.95 wrongly. I googled "supportprltd" and found all sorts of fraud accusations. I called them at 877-855-9951 to complain. They said they were a third party and wanted the last SIX numbers of my credit card to proceed and find out who charged me. (sound fishy?) I cancelled my credit card and opened a despute with my bank for the transaction amount and am awaiting the result.
