I have bought many times from this company in the past with no issues, but never with an order so large. I was emailed with very broken english saying that they needed photo ID to prove my account was valid. I paid with a verified paypal account so there is no reason for this to happen. I emailed them several times and got a response maybe once a week. There 24 hr phone service is a scam, no one ever answers, live chat is just an email sent to them, which they wont answer anyway. I was finally told that everything was fine and that my order was being shipped out a week ago. Tonight I got an email from someone else in the company saying they still had to wait for my order to be verified by management. It was suppose to be 3 day shipping and it's been nearly 2 weeks.
