Me and my spouse were attempting to purchase a dog from mister sims. After we sent him the initial 150 dollars that he asked for for the dog we received an email from him stating that the dog was already on a plane to our residence then he emailed and stated that the shipping agency needed 400 more dollars for shipping insurance but the agency we believe to be a fraudulent agency and now mr. Sims is stating that to get my money back we have to send him an additional 60 dollars and we just want our money back we cant find anything saying that this is fraud 100% however we have seen many many fraud websites stating that if there is anything stating to send money to camaroon then it is fraud plz help
