When I filed my taxes I was looking for a fast refund. These people served a mostly low income clientele, but that doesn't stop them from ripping us off. I made the mistake of not looking at what they were asking me to sign (on an electronic pad) and NEVER did she ever mentioned what the fees would be. I knew I had to pay a preparers fee, but NOT $495. I owed the IRS $89 from a previous year so I expected my refund to be $623.By them charging me $495 that meant I was to receive approximately $128??? Really? Once I checked the IRS site I knew they had received my money. When I call to pick up my check, once again, I started to get the run around. Now mind you, I had spoken to their top boss when I realized I was being ripped off and he had agreed to not charge me but their bank fee. Now they are giving me the run around AGAIN? Naaaaahhhh, not this time. I will do anything I can to expose them to the fullest. Even if I get my money, this CANNOT happen to anyone else. Please do something!!!
