I ordered and recieved Anne of Green gables box set, and spoke with manager at customer support, very helpful, got it too me quickly arrived fine. Returned it because it was bought for a family member and someone already had it for them. Spoke via e-mail with them no problem to return. I sent it back, paid for it myself, waited over a month no refund. E-mailed them about 15 times with no response, and now the site wont even come up. Bunch of (Inappropriate Content Removed) they are, I WANT MY MONEY (Inappropriate Content Removed) CLOWNS!!!
