Received contract 8-16 by certified mail from Focus and sent a e-mail to cancel to my coach on 8-17, but was told it was too late to cancel, also cancelled my credit card and transaction was put through on my new card. I have been dealing with this for 6 months, going through my bank and Focus, by phone, e-mails and faxes. Just set up an appointment today to see an attorney, not sure what my options are.
