Mr frank Wilson send me a letter say i won a sweepstakes / lottery draw held on feb 13 and won $45.000 spoke with him he told me go to my bank and put the check in my checking or saving and then call him. He'll send me a check for the rest by fed ex ha ha sure he will jokes on him i have no money
