I also feel that it is a scam. Because I can no longer access my website, and phone # given is always busy. 800-497-5331. Also they recommended Smartpuppy for a domain name. Since I got the domain name I have never being able to get in touch with them. I try by phone and e-mail, but they never responded. Ben and Dave's program is still in my computer bar, but I cannot log in. It does not work. I was trying to find out 'how I could get in touch with them and that's how I found this section.
