Lies, lies, lies

I had a terrible riview to write about this company. From the start to now I was lied to. I was lied to by the guys who stand inside walmart giving out promotions to a manager named Mariam who promissed me adjustments and credits and it never happened. But there's light at the end of the tunnel, I got transfered to a very nice young man named Jeremy (employee ID# 452996) whom I believe should run the company because he has excellent customer service skills and is great in defusing an angry caller, very knowledgeable and understanding. I have nothing but great things to write about him. So thanks to him I stayed with direc tv and thanks to him there's a happy face on my review. Thank you again Jeremy:)
