The agent (name started with R) was very unprofessional and laugh at me because I didn't understand some of the policies. When I informed her that I wanted to speak with my family members before applying for health insurance, she told me that I was a grown adult and should be able to obtain insurance on my own. She also pressured me into additional insurance that was not needed.
