The website is CollarMe.com. His/her name is Mistress Madeline. The username is SpanishDomme4u. She promised services and I paid her $70 via a greendot card. When we arranged to meet (which took awhile because she kept making excuses), I got to her door and knocked. I saw her turn out the lights. I knocked and rang the doorbell loudly for 100 minutes and she didn't answer. He/She is a fraud.
