ThinkCredit.com and IDsafelok800-614-7

My debit card has been charged $29.95 from ThinkCredit.com and $9.95 from IDsafelok800-614.7. I have had nothing to do with these companies and would like to know how they can charge my card with these amounts without my authorization. I called ThinkCredit.com and spoke with someone who told me I had an account with them (she was very rude, by the way). I cannot access IDsafelok because it keeps saying this site is having problems. I would guess so - a scam.
