Complaint against fraudulent transactions.
Offer trial period of 14 days from receipt of cream for minimal charge. Without receiving the cream they proceeded without authorisation to deduct x 2 payments against my accounts. Then when I lodged a complaint to them they enquired about my whereabouts, which I did not disclose they then proceeded again to debit my one account. Fortunately the other credit card was cancelled so they could not proceed with transaction.
This is absolutely shocking. They do not have actual financial statements and their shipment order numbers to track via courier service is not valid!!!
