Took my car in for service, advised from owner Adam, that it sound like my fuel pump went bad. Within a few hours I received a call from Amy the service desk employee that the problem was my electrical system. (I had informed Adam that I checked all the fuses before taking the car in for repair at that time Adam told me it might be my fuel pump). After Amy told me it was an electrical problem I asked to speak to Adam. She Amy refused to let me speak to Adam therefore I went in the next day. I still was told I could end speak to Adam, I saw my car outside being charged with a battery charger. I then was told that it would cost $50 an hour to trouble shoot. I paid for 3 hours waited 2 days an my car was not repaired. After having my car towed home I found my fuse boxes and fuses laying all over the floor, looked under the hood of the car to find my fuse box uncovered and burn marks where my fuses go. When I contacted Adam the owner he claimed my car was like that when I brought it in I then advised him that I would be taking him to the magistrate he stated he had been to the magistrate 30 times this year AND THEY WILL THROUGH IT OUT! Good luck! I plan to get my car fixed take the matter to the magistrate an hopefully have complete automotive pay for the repairs. MY ADVISE, COMPLETE AUTOMOTIVE DO BAD BUSINESS, and makes the justice system out to be a joke. I would hope that no magistrate would allow a business to take advantage of citizens without recourse, because this owner now has a license to ripoff the citizens of monongahela.
