Same story as everybody else's at the above. Got charged $1.05CAD for one-time unlimited download but there was NO disclosure of recurring charges afterwards.in my case, $51.63 CAD. Phoned the customer support for account cancellation and refund which was not settled yet although I'm NOT done with them yet. I asked for cancellation confirmation to be sent via email but they refused indicating it's not a company policy to send email to customer. Go figure, this is a SCAM!!! I'm reporting this to BBB. Hopefully, the FBI can put a stop to this big scammer!
