Special T Travel called me to promo a travel plan in July and silly me I agree, Not really realizing what I was getting myself into. I call the number they gave me to cancel two days later after I thought about it more and told them that would they please cancel. They said they would and then I forgot about it until they called me yesterday that my plans was ready to expire. That seemed funny cause they said I had two years to use it. I told them I cancel and they said they had no record of that. They wanted another $99.00 to extend it another 2 yrs. I said that I would have to ck my bank to see if they refunded my money and then the gentleman hung up on me. I have since then checked my bank and they hadn't refunded my money. Can you tell me if I have any recourse? I am a senior and live on a limited income. Thank You for listening.
