Never heard of this company, never even been on their website but they took £49.99 from my bank account without my permission. I've written to them asking for my money back but had no reply and when I try to phone them it keeps saying that their mail box is full. I want my money back, £49.99 is a lot of money for a single mother on benefits to lose.
