Ordered a set of Carol Burnett DVDs on Dec. 17th. I have emailed about them several times and they apologize and said they paid 18.00 duty etc. And they were now with Canada post and I should get them in 3-5 days. Eleven days later, still no parcel. They are liars and scam artists. I have asked fo a refund but have not gotten it. What can I do? I can't even get on the site now. I think the replies to the emails are automatic because others have had the exact same replies.
