Richard had a car (2002 Honda Civic) advertised online for $1932.00. We began exchanging emails and corresponding which brought us to a settlement price of $1600.00. I sent the money to an Alicia Solsa who was supposed to be the agent in charge (because of his military status in Alaska) via Money Gram. I received confirmation from both parties that the payment had been received and the car was to be shipped from Tobyhanna, Pa. Logistics base where it had been crated. I have yet to receive the car and all communications have been stopped from their end. My money was supposedly going into a "Trust Account" with Amazon Payments until I got the car and gave my approval for payment to Richard M. Dalton. After filing my first complaint, I began receiving other emails from someone claiming to be the under-secretary of the US. The last one I received was stating that I need to stop all communications from those that can help me etc. Please HELP ME STOP THESE IN-HUMANE IDIOTS and hopefully get my money back.
