Very personable and charming. Posed as an acting student from UCSB raising money for their acting class to travel. I was suspicious just afterward when I noted to my husband that Sparks had a tattoo of a playing card, an ace (of diamonds?), on his arm, which made me think he was a gambler. He also looked older than our own college-aged kids. I also looked online and noted he cashed the check right away, so I put a stop payment on the check when I saw this other couple's posted review on Scambook for a completely different organization.
