Company promised dvd's, a set of spencer for hire and we never received them. Now I see they scammed many others. Stories are all the same. They promised that they would look into where they went then blamed the post office saying they get things lost during the holidays and give them 3-5 days. Then it was oh we're sorry this has happened to you, please let us try to correct it. We asked for a tracking number and now the website is clown and no number is available.
