I hired and paid owner, Royce Hudman, to refinish a two BR, two BA high rise condo, (NO KITCHEN) to scrap and refinish ceilings, install baseboards and paint ceilings and walls. Two small bathrooms were retiled but never finished and I was charged separately for his plumber an additional $500.00. After 8 weeks and nothing was completed, I fired him on 2/14. This entire job could have been completed within a two week period, had he put the manpower and time into the project. He was unreliable, expensive and wanted to be paid in full prior to completion.

Shame on me. I would never recommend using this contractor to anyone and he created damage in the building for which I will be responsible.
