Called and said they were trying to serve me papers, gave a phone number of 888-235-5829, and whats really scary is they new my ss# and said I was being sued for a credit card acc and I rack up a bill from1997... And that never happend. They hungup on me too! I told them to send me some mail, they said they had tried to serve me but couldnt find my address??? The said if I didnt appear in court then I would be assumed guilty... I dont know how much the monetary amt is they never said...
