I am fighting fraud on my account as well against this company... First off they are claimimng that I went into a trial agreement with them on Nov 17 at 2:15 pm over the internet, and guess what I was working at that time and had no access to a computer. Secondly I have never heard of this company prior to having money taking out of my account which overdrew it and charges were added. Who on earth does a free trial for jewelry? Not me. Beware of this scam.
