I ordered a box set on Dec. 22 and it was mailed on Dec. 29. At about four weeks I emailed that I had not received it yet and they responded saying something about it taking 1-3 weeks for the order to process and be shipped and then 1-4 weeks for it to arrive and I needed to wait. Well it is now over 6 weeks and I still have not received my order and have gotten no response to my last two emails.
