Ordered $66.75 worth of skin products on 12/22 - money taken from accoutn on 12/24. Finally got somebody to answer phone on 1/11 - still no product - rude people with real attitude - refused to refund my money saying I had to send the product back and have it "verified" first... But I had no product to send back. LATE on 1/11 the package showed and I promptly put return to sender on it and sent it back on Monday, 1/14. To date, I have not had my money returned to me. These people don't even exist I don't think. Can you help.
