Took out the loan for $1000.00. They told me the total payback amount was for $1300.00 which included service fee and interest. They took $300.00 a paycheck out of my bank account 3 times before I figured out what was going on. I had called them 2 times prior to this to make sure of the terms of my loan. The reason I called is as soon as I did my electronic signature the terms and conditions of my loan disappeared off my screen. I was told when I called them that everything was fine with my loan and no concerns. I started to recieve emails from them after they took my first payment that stated your loan has been continued. Then after they made 3 withdraws out of my account I called again to question the email that I got. The email that I got stated your loan is continued and your new balance is $1300.00. I was shocked and immediately called them. They told me I must have misunderstood and that they could see where I had called in 2 times before questioning the terms. I told them not to take any more payments and informed them that I was going to file a complaint with the Us Ags Office. I was talking to a supervisor at this point. He offered to waive my next service fee of $300.00 dollars and asked me not to file the complaint until the collections department contacted me. I told him they better not take anymore money from me until their collections department called me. I immediately contacted my bank to stop payment and to close my account. My bank informed me that while I was talking on the phone with Idealgelt that Idealgelt had just taken another payment out of my account. I closed my bank account and now they call me every 5 seconds on my cell to talk to me. I strongly recommend that anyone who has dealings with this company contact the Local and Us Attorney Generals Office and file a complaint. You may not get your money back but you might save someone else the problems of this scam and maybe they will get caught and shut down.
