Phoned Mezulean to cancel orders and was told this would be done. Since then I have had two amounts of £69 taken from my account. I informed the bank in early January and found Mezulean can waive cancellation still taking money from my account. I have found they are going to take this amount from my account each month on the 13th. I ask why because I do not receive anything from them. This is stealing. Why do they get away with it.
