I have been using a service through Jpay.com which allows me to send e mails and money to prisoners in Mich. Without warning, notice or otherwise Warden willie Smith permanently restricted my access due to a involuntary infraction on my part. I stated that the prisons policies are not posted on Jpay or anywhere else, I did not know I broke a rule. I am being denied an appeal, or hearing and have been sentenced without representation or defense, I want 500.00 in comp. For stamps sent without knowing they never got there, I feel Jpay should be sued for 500.00 dollars also.
